Estimates and Change Orders
Build line-item estimates with labor, materials, markup, and tax all figured for you. Once you send it, the estimate locks so nobody can quietly change the numbers after the fact. When the customer wants more work, you write a numbered change order against the job and the original bid stays exactly as approved. That puts an end to arguing over what the estimate actually said.
Invoicing, Deposits, and Payments
Your invoices bill from the work you actually finished and the real costs you paid, not the guesses in the estimate. Deposits get tracked and applied to the first invoice on their own, partial payments are no trouble, and every receipt comes out as a numbered, branded PDF.

I built this for job sites with no signal, so every feature works with the phone in airplane mode. Anything you change waits on the device and syncs on its own once you are back in range. Cloud sync is there if you want it and off if you don't, and either way your data lives on your phone first.
Materials and Inventory
Keep a catalog of the materials you reach for on every job, with pricing, vendors, SKUs, and stock on hand. Point the camera at a shelf tag and the scanner fills in the entry for you. And because it logs price history, you can see exactly how much your lumber crept up since last spring.
Professional Documents
Estimates, invoices, change orders, and receipts all come out as clean branded PDFs with your logo, your business info, and automatic numbering. Email them straight from the app or share them through whatever else you keep on your phone.
Secure by Design
Your records are walled off at the database level, so one customer's data can never bleed into another's. Updates are signed and checked before they install, and the app backs itself up before every one, so a bad update can't cost you your jobs. There are 47 tables under the hood and every one of them is locked down.
